Start with an overview of active employees, upcoming schedules, events, and time-off requests. Then move into profiles, shift planning, leave records, contacts, or the org chart with the team context close at hand.

Reporting relationships
See how the team fits together with an org chart based on employee relationships. CrewLogic flags unresolved or circular links so they can be corrected in the employee records.
Shifts and schedules
Create individual assignments or reusable shift definitions with hours, location, and color. Review weekly and monthly schedules, set recurring work days, account for overnight shifts, and copy a week when a pattern repeats. Approved time off appears in place of normal scheduled work.
Requests and leave balances
Record requests, review pending decisions, approve or deny leave, mark approved time as taken, and see upcoming, completed, canceled, or denied records. Estimated hours can be adjusted.
Events and contacts
Keep meetings and events with their dates, times, locations, attendees, and notes. Maintain a separate directory for outside contacts and their company, role, department, and details.
Recent activity and alerts
Use a four-week rolling view of dates, shifts, and team events. Recent-change activity, schedule notifications, overlap warnings, and coverage-gap advisories help guide a closer review.
Inventory, MIS, and analysis
At the client’s discretion, CrewLogic can be extended with features such as inventory or management information system (MIS) workflows, along with other built-in analysis tools tailored to the operation.

CrewLogic stores its working records locally on the computer. No internet connection is required to use the app. You can export a separate copy of your team data when you need one.
Work with straightforward Excel spreadsheets or database files such as Microsoft Access. If you use both the AppData and portable-folder copies, CrewLogic can compare them, let you choose which copy to use, and optionally synchronize the two local copies.
At your discretion, the app can also be tailored to include inventory or MIS features and other built-in analysis tools.
